I was quite interested in the rendering of ferns and other plant life at the moment, whilst creating a background for a painting. I have an Australian tree fern myself, and I assure you it's quite nice.

I've always been partial to shaggy dogs.  I fancied getting a Wire-haired Griffon once, but after some reading thought better of it since they're wired for hunting, and my chickens wouldn't like that.

Yvonne's dream

My friend Yvonne has some pretty interesting dreams. When she told me of this one in which she's trying to save her beloved kitty from some unknown threat, but she's hidden amongst hundreds of look-alikes, I just had to paint it.
